The Cup and Cactus earrings feature masterfully hand carved and painted teacup and cactus reverse intaglio crystals. The crystals are backed with blue turquoise, and set in a precious setting of diamonds and coloured sapphires. The earrings are created in 18k gold and titanium. The back of the earrings is set with a diamond.

I created this crystal in collaboration with a pair of master carvers I discovered in Germany. A cabochon rock crystal is hand-carved on the reverse side and hand-painted with single-hair brushes.
