RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you should wish to return your Francesca Villa jewellery, we allow 14 days from receipt for return.

Please contact elizabeth@francescavilla.it to arrange the return. If we arrange the return shipment on your behalf, the cost of the shipment will be deducted from your refund.

For customers living in the UK or USA the duties paid on your items will also be deducted from your refund.

We will refund to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 15 days following the reception of your return. 

Jewellery must be returned unworn, in pristine condition and in the original packaging.

Engraved, bespoke or custom jewels cannot be exchanged or refunded.
