We endeavour to ensure shipping and delivery is a smooth and hassle free process, however when fine jewellery passes across customs borders, some customs departments require further documentation from you in order to import the goods. In order to clear your parcel through customs, your identification number might be required (social security number). In this case, Fedex will send you a Customs and Border 5106 form, in order to transmit it to the American customs officer handling your parcel.
